How long does shipping take?
Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. UTC +2. Please allow up to 1 – 2 business days to fully process your order after being placed. Orders are not processed on the weekend. Delivery dates are based on average transit time. If your order is ‘’in stock’’ you will receive it within 2 - 7 working days. If your purchase is “made to order” please give us 14 working days to manufacture it and then send it to you. For orders within Greece, shipping after order has been processed normally takes 1-2 business days. Shipping times after order has been processed for rest of Europe takes 1-2 business days. As soon as your order ships, you can track it through your shipping confirmation email.

My tracking number says delivered, but I can't find my package.
You can reach out to our support team at [email protected] and we can assist in filing a lost package claim. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier has dropped them off.
How can i track my order?
Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you may visit the shipping carriers’ website and enter tracking number to see the updated shipping status.

When will my Icebow purchase arrive?
If it’s in stock, your piece will ship within two business days. Out-of-stock pieces are made to order, and will ship within 14 business days. If you’re on a tight deadline, we’ll do our best to take care of you – just drop us a line at [email protected]

Not yet but we are working on it for the near future. At the moment we ship anywhere within the EU.
Can I change my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders as soon as we receive them, and once our warehouse has processed your order we will be unable to make changes.

No worries, you can return your item(s) within 30 days and repurchase the correct size! Just visit Orders & Returns.
I think my package is lost. What should I do?
For any issues with your delivery just get in touch at [email protected] with your Name and Order Number and we’ll sort it out.
How do i check on my order status?
Check your email once you have placed your order. If you cannot find it in your inbox then try other folders, like your spam. We will update you when your order is confirmed and when it has shipped out.
Can I change my shipping address once my order is placed?
Sure – contact [email protected] as soon as possible as we process orders immediately and we’ll help you out.
Where does my order ship from?
All Icebow items are shipped from Kalamata, Greece.
Is a signature required for my order upon delivery?
Yes, a signature is required upon receipt of your package.
Will my order be gift wrapped?
Your purchases are delivered in a black jewelry box, which is also perfect for gifting.
Do you do custom pieces?
Yes! We'd love to discuss custom jewelry. Please contact us at [email protected] to schedule a consolation (in person or on phone) to discuss. We love doing bridal jewelry and would be happy to discuss that as well.
How accurate are colors displayed on the Internet?
Our photography has precise attention to detail, and the colors shown depict accurately each product. However, due to monitor display settings on each screen it is possible that colors may slightly vary.
